KLUB7 presents »Night Wolf« – a hand-drawn alphabet by DISKOROBOT/KLUB7
• DISKOROBOT is one of the six members of KLUB7, an art and design collective from Berlin/Germany
The wolf is the “Badboy” among the animals – at least in the Grimm’s fairy tale world. When the girls and boys of KLUB7 make their nightly wanderings through their territory, you don’t need to worry like Little Red Riding Hood. While searching for traces in the city they are looking for signs and codes, architecture and its aesthetics of decay until recapture by nature.
From these wanderings DISKOROBOT has generated a hand-drawn alphabet, which is less used as a functional font, but more as an illustration. The letters radiate an unique personality. Considered individually, they are allowed to speak without being reserved for a better readability. More about the hand-lettering projects can be found on the website of KLUB7.
